4.1 User Responsibility
Users are responsible for any content they submit, including:

4.2 Protected Health Information (PHI)
Users must follow HIPAA best practices, including:

Avoiding unnecessary PHI in messages

Not exporting or sharing PHI outside approved workflows

Not downloading or distributing patient information without proper authorization

4.3 Intellectual Property
Content uploaded must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of others.
5. System Integrity
You may not:

Interfere with normal service operations
6. API & Developer Use (If Applicable)
